At our store, we are committed to providing reliable products and professional service. Please read below our policy on warranty and returns:

🔋 Battery Warranty

All batteries come with a warranty of 6, 12, or 24 months, depending on the type and model.

The warranty is provided in writing by our store after a technical inspection of the vehicle and installation of the battery by our qualified personnel.

⚠️ Battery Warranty Void Conditions

The warranty becomes void in the following cases:

1. The battery has discharged due to alternator malfunction.

2. The battery was overcharged due to faulty charging system.

3. The battery has been physically damaged (e.g. terminals or casing hit).

4. The battery has suffered breakage or internal short circuit.

5. The battery has lost charge due to vehicle inactivity and cannot be recharged.

6. A standard battery was used in a start-stop system vehicle.

🔁 Battery Returns & Replacement

Battery replacement is possible only after technical inspection, and provided that none of the above warranty conditions have been violated.

🛠️ Returns for Spare Parts & Consumables

For auto/motorcycle parts (e.g. brake pads, filters, suspensions) and consumables (e.g. oils, brake fluids, air filters):

• Returns are accepted within 14 days, only if the product is unused and in its original unopened packaging.

• A valid proof of purchase is required.

• In cases of incorrect product selection or incompatibility, responsibility lies with the customer, unless prior consultation with us has occurred.

• Electrical items are non-returnable.
